MD Biomedics Signs An Agreement with Midwest Medical Consultants to Service Skytron Products in North Eastern, Ohio. Youngstown, Ohio. MD Biomedics enters into an agreement With Don McCloud of Midwest Medical Consultants to provide ongoing service and support for Skytron products in North Eastern, Ohio. Midwest Medical Consultants is the exclusive sales company for Skytron in Northeastern, Ohio and includes the metropolitan regions of Youngstown, Cleveland, Columbus and all areas in between. According to McCloud, "Skytron represents a significant addition to an already comprehensive line of quality products, which include names like Pedigo, Radionics, Soring Medical and Curon". The agreement, formed in March of this year, provides an ongoing level of support for Midwest Medical's Skytron customer base by committing to a professional service organization for 100% of the Skytron service and install needs in the territory. Part of the agreements stipulation is that all of MD Biomedics staff receives training on Skytron products, which include operating room tables, lights, booms, and other ancillary products. According to McCloud, "The agreement with MD Biomedics provides Midwest Medical with a guarantee that customers will receive the most comprehensive service available. This gives Midwest Medical the opportunity to grow faster by focusing on the customer's product needs and offering solutions to fill those needs". MD Biomedics, Based In south central Ohio, provides service on multiple types of medical instrumentation primarily in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. MD Biomedics' expertise includes in-house and infield service on products manufactured by Zeiss, Leica, Moeller, Getinge, Midmark, and many more. According To Marc Schnetzer, one of the company's founders, "MD Biomedics is committed to customer satisfaction by providing quality service in a timely manner. We do this in manner that is not obstructive to the continuation of the customers business by performing work when it's convenient for the customer rather than convenient for us". Schnetzer also said."We want our customers to trust us: to feel as if we are a part of their organization rather than a third party concern. We are so committed to this philosophy and so driven to establish that level of trust that we refuse to charge for a service if we are unable to repair what we were called out to fix". Schnetzer also said, "so far, we never had to invoke that option, we've been able to perform every time". Both Midwest Medical and MD Biomedics have implemented a simple structure to speed up requests for sales or support for Skytron customers. For sales and service, simply call either office and the appropriate personnel respond. Officially, service calls should be directed to MD Biomedics while all sales requests should go to Midwest Medical. |
